I am an artist and often grapple with myself over how I can spend my time painting seemingly insignificant things such as flowers and fruit when the world is suffering and needs real help. Robbins&#039; words from Skinny Legs And All always come to mind: &quot;Ellen Cherry&#039;s answer was that if one didn&#039;t cultivate beauty, soon he or she would not be able to recognize ugliness.&quot;
